It’s fun to collect your own seeds and watch new plants grow.

It can be a daunting experience at first, though. There’s so much to know – how to judge when seeds are ready to harvest, how to store, sow, break dormancy, transplant, etc.

If you live in western Washington or western Oregon, have questions, or want some help getting through the process, think about scheduling a personal garden coaching session, where you will have lots of time to ask questions and get advice on your particular project.

Use the contact form to request a talk or documents on these topics:

  • Seed saving and harvest
  • Seed cleaning and storage
  • Sowing and germination
